Organizational Vitality - Workplace/Workforce Enchantment & Disenchantment
The distinctions between the organizational dynamics of vitality, rigidity and chaos are the central focus points for this workshop. These dynamics are primary determinants of an environment that becomes an "employer of choice," the preferred employer for skilled and talented individuals. Employers of choice enjoy higher levels of satisfaction and motivation among their employees, larger recruitment pools, and higher retention rates.
We look at how to diagnose and identify disenchanting drivers that lead to workplace disenchantment, leading businesses onto the death trajectories of organizational chaos and rigidity. We identify the enchanting drivers for workplace vitality that drive sound collaborative practices, the optimization of diversity, dialogue and communications platforms and ethical pluralism. This workshop equips practitioners with sound diagnostic skills in revealing the social constellation that diverse employees are embedded in, including narrative and discursive practices that can devitalize individuals.
