Jackie Johnson has over 25 years of varied professional experience across a wide range of functional roles for Lucent Technologies and AT&T, with an emphasis in Human Resources, Employee/Customer Relations, Network Operations, Organizational Change/Organizational Development, and Diversity Management. The last eight years of Jackie's responsibilities as Human Resource Manager and Diversity Director with Lucent Technologies covered an employee base of 16,000+, and included championing organizational change initiatives and acting as primary liaison between Human Resources and client organizations in the development of strategic planning processes for their launch. Jackie has been an active member of Lucent's Alliance of Black Telecommunications Employees.

She has extensive experience in the design and development, as well as the delivery and facilitation, of diversity specific workshops and seminars.

Jackie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics from California State University, Los Angeles, and received a Master of Science in Women's Studies from Georgia State University.
